Vote Save America is partnering with Indivisible to put more pressure on the current Administration with tools and methods to mobilize and be heard. The idea is to Tell the Truth, and be to be visible, and to GET LOUD about it. The Show Up, Get Loud Toolkit is about Actions To Take During Congress’ April Recess.
Excerpt from the introduction to the Toolkit –
“Here’s the mission, everyone: we need to make the GOP, Trump, and Elon Musk unpopular with the masses. Simple, right? (No <3.) And while LOTS dominos need to fall our way, there is one piece of the puzzle that is ~basically~ in our control:
We can SHOW UP to in-person events, proving to Americans that Trump has no mandate and that we are the winning side. And we can GET LOUD by creating, sharing, and amplifying an absolute obscene amount of content, highlighting all of the ways our GOP reps, Trump, and Musk are corrupt losers.
But here’s the thing, when we say obscene, we mean capital-O OBSCENE. In today’s media ecosystem, the war for attention is raging, and Democrats are losing. Yes, it’s a complex issue with lots of factors involved, but we can be a factor too!
So, how’s this all going to happen? Where do you come in?
This spring, VSA is partnering with Indivisible to show up at rallies, protests, and other visibility events to hold the Republican cowards accountable for being the kind of people who would literally cut Medicaid and SNAP just to give corporations and billionaires a tax cut.
You may have heard about the February recess town halls (shoutout to VSA Mod Kristin C. who helped organize this one!). Those were a big deal. But here’s the thing: we want 10x the content coming out of these March events. We want these town halls to go so viral — and for these GOP reps to look so dumb — that there is no rock these tax-cuts-for-billionaires losers can hide under.
It’s time to fully shame these clowns, and to do that, we need some content. This is where you come in.
